2023 Legislative Session Comes to a Close
The last day of the 2023 Legislative session was March 27th. The Legislature passed a historical state sales tax cut, effective July 1st, from 4.5% to 4.2% which has a price tag of over $100 million a year. This cut is not permanent and will be discussed during future legislative sessions.

Remedy Brewing Company of Sioux Falls was selected for one of NBWA's 2019 Brewer Partner of the Year Awards and were honored at the Annual Convention in Las Vegas.
